High fiber foods: High fiber foods can make you feel full for longer; these include fruits like apples and oranges (not the juice), and whole grains.
Also soups are good. If you drink a glass of water before your meal, you will likely eat less.

See below: Water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories.
