Yes: Although there are risks to any dental procedure, dental implants are among the most successful procedures we do. They are also one of the safest and longest lasting. Just be sure your dentist has proper training!

Ask for the Dr's training. A minimum of 1 year Implant training in a Maxi course or a Dental school. Even specialist should have this. Ask.
