30 yr m itching after severe exercise for many years, otherwise normal?Is it dangerous?

Physical urticaria: What you have is likely a subtype of hives resulting from exercises--medically called cholinergic urticaria. It is not dangerous, but can be bothersome at times. Taking some antihistamine such as zyrtec/benadryl prior to exercising likely will help.
