Yes: Some woman do not ovulate regularly. And sometimes women ovulate but home tests do not show it. When women have regular periods about 25-30 days apart usually they are ovulating regularly. When periods come sooner or farther apart, chances are high that ovulation is either not happening or doing happening well.
