how to treat hemorrhoid at home without surgery?

See below: May get relief with warm soaks in a bathtub. May use Ibuprofen or similar for discomfort. Suppositories from drug store may help some. Best is to avoid hemorrhoid irritation by avoiding constipation or straining at the toilet, dink plenty liquids, use fiber supplements such as metamucil. See your doctor for prescription medications if needed.
