Practice.: Premature ejaculation is a common issue among couples. One easy solution is to use condoms, which can be reduce the sensitivity of the penis and allow for longer periods of intercourse. Desensitizing condoms or desensitizing lubricant on the inside of the condom can further reduce sensation. Over the long term, the your partner should practice ways of mentally delaying orgasm and work with you.

Agree with Dr. Kimm. In addition, if following ejaculation he can be re-aroused, the second period of intercourse may well last somewhat longer. You may be able to have him ejaculate the first time through manual or oral stimulation, bring him back and then have intercourse. Good luck.

Sexual Dysfunction : The mainstay of medical treatment for premature ejaculation has been ssri type antidepressants. Paxil (paroxetine) 10-20mg is most often used. It can be taken about an hour before sex or or on a daily basis. It stays in your system for a few days and can have other side effects as a result. In the usa watch for a new drug (dapoxetine) this year. It will be just for premature ejaculation. Already in europe.

Partner problem: I'm not certain that you are describing a failure to ejaculate or ejaculation without semen. The first can be due to diabetes, psychologic stress, hormonal issues or vascular problems. Small semen volume can be related to retrograde ejaculation when due to surgery, nerve damage or diabetes the sperm ejaculates into the bladder rather than exiting the penis.

No or little semen: You did not give your age so it is difficult to answer. We need to know your teststerone level and if you are taking any meds which can cause retrograde ejaculation, as a result the semen goes to the urnary bladder instead comin out.Low semen can be related to low level of testosterone sometimes.Another cause of retrgrade ejaculation is prostate surgery. If none of this see a urologist.

Retrograde flow: Quite common especially if you have some prostate enlargement and/or taking some medication for it, retrograde ejaculation (semen goes into bladder) may occur and thus you may not see it at time of climax. It is common and not dangerous. If this bothers you, consult your doc for other options... Good luck.

Ejaculation worries: This is, actually, a very common question. Many of your friends, however have the opposite problem and would wonder why you are worried. But, from my experience this condition is very concerning to the men who wonder about this. I would want to know if you are on any medication that may be interfering with this experience. But, you may need some new lube or other ways to be stimulated.
