Yes: There is a fair amount of overlap between chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and chronic daily headache syndromes. Patients with of them commonly report headaches and difficulty falling asleep.

Yes: It's difficult to say whether headache is a symptom of chronic fatigue syndrome or if it is commonly a co occurring disorder. There is definitely more patients who have headaches than who do not.
