how should i duct tape plantar warts?

Carefully: You bascially just want to cut the duct tape so that you cover the warts. You also don;t want the tape to bother you so you can cut it in a shape that is conducive to the anatomical area.

Over the top: When applying duct tape to warts, apply a larger piece than needed over the top of the wart. Fyi, this is typically only effective with children.

Several treatments.: You can try over the counter or home remedy wart removers, but be careful: i've seen them do more harm than good. Other options your doctor might offer include cryotherapy (freezing the wart), electrocautery (burning the wart), laser treatment, or several different topical chemical treatments. If the treatment is typically uncomfortable, your doctor can numb the area before proceeding.

Duct tape alone: Using aldera under occlusion may be a bit too much. Duct tape occlusion alone should be sufficient.
