Omega-6: Safflower oil is a healthy option because it contains omega-6 fatty acids. It is high in unsaturated fat & low in saturated fat.

i would actually disagree that safflower oil is a healthy option ... see what dr. chris kesser says about safflower oil and omega-6 .... "excess consumption of omega-6 PUFA – not cholesterol and saturated fat – that is responsible for the modern epidemics of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, autoimmune disease and more. " http://chriskresser.com/9-steps-to-perfect-health-1-dont-eat-toxins ... better options would be olive oil or coconut oil!!
