Safe: Please, before you "diet"( i don't like that term, i prefer modification of eating and lifestyle thinking); get a thorough physical exam, history, lab tests, and possible ekg-esp meds are to be tried- by your primary physician.If you do not have a pcp that "treats" weight challenged patients, please consult the asbp, american society of bariatric physicians website.Start with small steps, journal.
