Effexor (venlafaxine): Some potential side effects with Effexor (venlafaxine) include high blood pressure, headache, blurred vision, constipation, diarrhea, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, decreased libido, dry mouth, ^ anxiety, increased sweating, dizziness, unusual dreams , tremor, insomnia, fatigue, depression, somnolence, paresthesias, abdominal pain, gas, flu-like symptoms, etc.
