Fibromyalgia: If you truly do have fibro, some strategies to try..Greatly improve your diet in terms of eliminating sugars, processed foods, dairy to eliminate any sources that can cause muscle inflammation. Make sure you have some tests done to rule out other issues such as hormonal imbalances, thyroid issues, low testosterone. Please see a fibro expert who has experience and patience in treating this.

Fibromyalgia: It is an inflammation of your muscles. The answer is multi layered. Getting adequate rest, medication, including-inflammatory medication, muscle relaxants, depression medication, ect. Physical therapy is also needed for some people.
