Unsure of question: Not sure of question? You can be pregnant and still get vaginal bleeding that can be mistaken as a period. When an embryo implants into the endometrium ( lining of uterus) this can cause an implantation bleed. Sometimes you can develop a small bleed behind the placent. A miscarriage or threatened miscarriage can cause bleeding, molar pregnancies (abnormally formed pregnancy) can cause bleed.
