Nothing Good: Smoking even one cigarrette is bad for you. If at all possible quit as soon as you can. It raises your risk of cancer as well as lung and heart disease. There is really nothing positive to support the use of smoking. If you need help see your doctor. There are treatments that your doctor can prescribe to help you quit.

Illness.: Any cigarettes smoked can cause problems. Every cigarette smoked shortens your life by seven minutes. So 20 cigarettes every 21 days would be about 3 and a half hours of life lost every month. Sounds good to you???
