Milk has sugar!: The number one source of calories in skim milk is from lactose-milk sugar. Also, the amount of milk you are suggesting you might drink is too little, and does not provide enough protein.

Less the better!: 40 grams max. The increasing sugar and corn syrup consumption best correlates with obesity in america. You do not need to ingest sugar to live.
