Claims not verified: Raw garlic has been associated with help with high blood pressure, but not as much as medications. Tumeric has had many claims for health benefits but not large studies to verify the claims.

Please note that Tumeric without one of the the active ingredients of black pepper called piperine is not very well absorbed in your gut. Don't taske one without the other. Also, tumeric will stain your teeth if it is not mixed into food. I know from personal experience.

Anit-oxidants help prevent damage to dna and are anti-inflammatory. Garlic exibits some antibacterial activity, and has been shown to benefit liipid profiles.
