Dr. Dan Fisher
Internal Medicine 27 years experience
None: Don't change your diet for this.
Dr. Susan Wingo
Endocrinology 33 years experience
It depends: Overall, i agree w/ dr fisher that you do not need to change your diet. However, some people with a lot of symptoms, especially shakiness, heart pounding, and poor sleep, find that drinking less coffee/tea/sodas to reduce their caffeine intake helps them feel better.
