does taking a whole bunch of different medications make you high?

Might make you dead: Mixing medications without a physician's knowledge can be deadly. Not all medications cause "highs" but can cause serious, lethal problems. Dont play around with a loaded pistol.

Positional Vertigpo: A possible diagnosis is bppv or benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. This is a common entity thought to be due to loose calcium carbonate crystals in the inner from one of the balance organs called the utricle. When specific movements of the head occur, the loose microscopic stones (otoconia) move and cause a true vertiginous (spinning) sensation. This is often a self limited problem.

Search for a new job: There is no good way to change another person unless they want to change. A boss rarely wants to change. So politely and discretely start looking for a new job.
