what dose it mean if you bleed like on a period after sex?

Lots of options: The most common cause is an inflamed cervix. The cervix can be very delicate and easy to bleed from sex. Polyps, a torn vagina (that would usually hurt), cervical cancer and many other things could also be the cause. If the problem does not resolve, see your family doctor!
