Unrelated: Pain in breast tissue is usually the effect of excess hormone on the breast duct system. One would not expect that the removal of one ovary would increase the hormone output to effect changes in breast duct tissue to initiate symptoms related to fibrocystic disease.

Any activities that could have led to any muscle strains?Recent sunburn(s)or sun sensitivity?Any topicals like sunscreen or lotions?Do they get engorged certain times of month?Aerobics at the gym? No? Then you know what to do

Painful breasts: Nursing? Did you check for pregnancy? May also be mastitis - especially if red -would follow up with MD because will need antibiotics for mastitis.
