Improving support: Many times feet that flatten to much can put abnormal stress on the legs. The main muscles that control foot function are in the leg. Improving shoe gear, wearing better shoes, can help. Sometimes extra support is needed to adequately improve function. Discuss with your foot specialists if discomfort persists. Dr l.
