Depends on Cause: There are many causes of leg pain. It could be something as simple as your foot wear.L if you run on a regular basis and suddenly increased your training it could be anything from shin splints to stress fractures. Muscular strains/overuse can cause this-may need to stretch more. Are you on your feet all day? Foot wear and the surface you work on could result in cumulative stress. Get it checked.
