if a child is 11 - 15 years old but look as if they are 25, concerning body structure such as hips, is that a problem?

Absolutely: Childhood obesity is an epidemic, just as is adult obesty. 75 % of americans are overwt. Being overwt alone with no other risk factors is now considered an official morbid medical condition by the cdc. It means chronic inflammation which=chronic disease.And especially if the hip to waist ratio is less than one, pt is at risk for fatty liver, diabetes, liver failure. See a nutrition specialist!
