Help available: There are multiple possible causes of a fear like this; it's not a simple thing. It's important to understand the specific experience you're having. I'm not sure whether you're speaking of times you need to be in front of others, such as giving a talk -- or maybe times when you feel others are watching you for some other reason. A therapist or psychiatrist can help you with these issues.
