Has anyone used letrozole for fertility and how effective?

Letrazole: Letrazole is probably as effective as Clomid (clomiphene) in inducing ovulation and probably better in patients with pcos. It is used off-label for this purpose but has some advantages over clomid (clomiphene). Does not cause thinning of the uterine lining, doesn't affect cervical mucus and induces a single follicle, so less chance of multiples and hyperstimulation.
