Hair plugs?: Possibly hair plugs will improve the receding hair. There is now a new method where single hair follicles are implanted without the scars from where the hair plugs are taken. This is a pomising method.

Hair transplantation: Seek someone who does follicular unit grafting, where hairs are transplanted by how they grow (groups of 1-4 hairs). You may require multiple sessions of grafting. Rogaine (minoxidil) and Propecia will help.
