Exercise: Exaercise will speed up blood flow & might move the anesthetic away faster. Otherwise, there is a medicine your dentist can order for you. It's quite expensive, but can get rid of numbness in 1/2 hr.

Oraverse: Oraverse is an anesthesia reversal agent that will shorten the effect of novocain, (procaine) however, after some procedures it is may be beneficial to let the anesthesia run its course so as to prevent post-op sensitivity.
