i need to know some natural medicines to help with psp?

None exist: If you are asking about progressive supranuclear palsy, there are no natural medicines known to help. Although in some ways similar to parkinson's, the meds used in that condition do not provide much benefit in psp. Best to find a research study at a major medical center.
