Burning foot: More than likely you are pinching a nerve. The sciatic nerve runs right over a bone near the tailbone and when we sit on it can sometimes get compressed causing symptoms going down the leg. Tingling and burning are common. Try to sit on something soft for a while and stretch the legs. If this doesn't help and see your doctor.
