Is there any nutritional difference between outdoors grown and greenhouse grown tomatoes, since almost all are now greenhouse grown?

Yes: Unfortunately our food supply is not what it used to be. Hothouse vegetables often do not contain the expected nutrients. The critical difference is that crop rotation and soil rest are necessary for the produce to contain nutrients.
