Decrease pull: The theory behind vascular or migraine headaches is that the blood vessels in the covering of the brain (meninges) are dilated and pull on it, causing pain. The vasoconstrictors reduce this.

Anti-itch remedies: Moisturize with a non-perfumed product-good examples are cetaphil, vaseline, lubriderm. Shower with lukewarm water. Avoid allergens from clothing/foods/cosmetics/laundry products. Topically, use 1% Hydrocortisone ointment and orally use 25 mg Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at bedtime. If symptoms do not resolve, then you may need prescription topical meds and your physician needs to rule out other underlying disorders.

I'm caucasian am I more susceptible to having vascular diseases?

Depends: Cardiovascular risk factors are dependent on family history, smoking, cholesterol, hypertension, and diabetes/obesity. So if you have any of these risk factors then your risk is higher, the color of your skin is not as critical in determining risk compared to these risks above.

Several possibilitie: First identifying triggers in the diet or lifestyle are important as that may abort them altogether. I also suggest chinese medicine and acupuncture as I have seen headaches disappear during treatment. There are also medications that can help a great deal when one starts.. So having several options is very helpful!
