Probably not: Low blood sugar usually causes sweating, tremors, headaches, and palpitations. It would need to be very prolonged or severe to cause confusion or loss of consciousness. The symptoms you mention are most often caused by reduced blood flow to the brain, from low blood pressure. You should be checked out by your physician.
