Depends!Eat healthy!: Truly it depends more on what you eat than how it is cooked! if the convection oven (or microwave) is cooking processed foods than that has several possible health consequences. If you are cooking frozen vegetables and other fresh foods, then how it is cooked has little impact.

Possibly: There are growing concerns among some groups that microwaving food alters its chemical structure. Whether these alleged alterations can endanger one's health is still a controversy being studied. If you feel more comfortable using a convection oven, by all means, do so.
