Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If it is not getting worse, you may watch and wait. If you develop shortness of breath, cough, swelling of rest of the leg, ulceration, bleeding or fever, see a doctor immediately.
