What is the health difference between yoga , stretching and flexiblility exercise?

May accomplish same: Results. Regular stretching / flexibility exercises lead to muscle toning and strengthening, improved agility, posture, gait. What yoga adds is specific patterns and positions, and breathing in correct manner, which is crucial to a feeling of well being, allaying anxiety and as a form of relaxation. There r certain yoga positions that may not be right 4 u; so for any of the 3 activities..Training.

Yoga has a spiritual aspect and tradition also -- depending on where it is taught (yoga studio, gym, private lesson, etc) there may be more exposure to this part. Stretching and flexibility exercises are generally focused more directly on "exercise". A good yoga teacher should work with you to find postures (asanas) that are helpful for you, and not hurt you.
