Probably an abscess: It sounds like you have an abscess. That is an infected pocket filled with pus. You can try to apply moist heat. Your doctor may give you antibiotics. If that does not work quickly, you will need to have it surgically drained. Most family docs do that in the office unless they are very large. Call your family doctor now!

May need antibiotics: Most cysts in the hairy areas of the axilla(arm pit) or groin begin as ingrown hairs or clogged glands. They often require antibiotics to improve and in many cases have to be drained by a physician. Application of heat can sometimes allow them to "come to a head" and then drain spontaneously. Be careful of trying to squeeze them to open them yourself as they can get worse.

Hidradenitis suppura: Inflammation of lymphatics with infection is called hidradenitis suppurativa - it sounds like you have this. Through research it is found medical honey helps. Even in medical honey multifloral honey is better than unifloral honey. Try your household honey add bee pollen to this which has propolis and use kinesio tape ($15) will help to heal this. It is chronic will take time.
