retin-a - is that the best acne option?

Part of good plan: Typically no one acne medication is going to do as good a job as an individualized regimen consisting of a good face wash, topical or oral antibiotics if acne more moderate to severe and a retinoid product like Retin-A to help with clogged pores. Retina is a great medication but if used in isolation may not be best option.

Exercise : Adding exercise and self control by reducing portion intake and eating the right foods while counting calories is best. Increase fruit and fiber intake if not eating enough. Take a yoga course or start swimming if not already. Good, low impact exercises. If considering surgical options, know that the best procedures and surgtons usually require that one starts losing weight first.

MRSA: M-R-S-A: It means methycillin-resistant staph aureus, and the best med will be known for sure after the wound culture, grown from the q-tip they swabbed thru the open wound before they bandaged the foot ulcer; till then, they will treat you with the antibiotics that typically are the best choice for your part of the world, and then add them or change them if needed.
