does anyone know how to deal with symptoms of avonex (interferon beta 1a)?

Yes?! : The most common symptom is a flu like syndrome, usually lessens as you continue the injections antiinflammatoty meds (such as brufen, indocid etc) and in severe cases a dose of steroids help.

Doesn't matter: As far as I know Avonex (interferon beta 1a) must be injected intramuscularly once a week The timing is not important
