should i be concerned if there is a sudden muscle ache in left area just beneath scapula after triple bypass surgery acts/feels like a muscle cramp?

No.: Chest wall aches and pains may occur after sternotomy. Full range of motion excersises to the upper extremities will assist in recovery as well as gentle swimming if able.
