High BP in the lung: The pressure in the blood vessels of the lung is increased in pulmonary htn. Causes can include heart disease, disease of the lung and primary disease of the blood vessel of the lung. The symptoms are mainly shortness of breath but can also include chest pain and dizziness. The disease can go unrecognized for some time before its diagnosed.
