Not really: Some compare the intensity of some illnesses in advanced (cleaner) societies with those of the third world. Kids who grow up without shoes and are constantly facing germs do develop strong natural immunity.(IF THEY SURVIVE) I consider the issue interesting but unworthy of your concern.Practice good hygiene and your kids get sick less often.Let it slide and they are at risk of life changing illness

It Doesn't Matter!: You're getting ahead of yourself. You need to get into medical school; there are very few colleges that will keep you from doing that. Accomplishing that is up to you! you then need to get into a pediatric residency. There are few med schools that will keep you from doing that. Accomplishing that is up to you! are you getting the drift? It's not where you go, it's what you do when you get there!
