Depends: Some babies have been shown to react to what their moms eat. Keeping a diary or elimination diets are able to determine specifics.

Will my baby bite me while breastfeeding?

No: Usually not once the feedings are well established. Now, when your baby starts teething, that may or may not be a different story. Some babies can figure out that if they bite and mom takes her breast away, they need to stop biting, and will. Others may give mom a slightly harder time.
