extreme sore throat, slight cough, sneezing, and a bit of runny nose. last time i sneezed there were spots of blood in the phlegm. should i be worried?

URI: It is likely you have viral upper respiratory infection (URI). The symptoms can last about one week and respond to over the counter medications. If the symptoms last longer or new symptoms develop (headache, shortness of breath etc) you should be evaluated by your physician.
