No: 32 yo female epidural headache blood patched & now "low back" pain & sciatica. Spinal myelitis rare from birth-assisted epidural. Greater concern for injured pelvic girdle ligaments from hyperextended sacroiliac joint during forced trendelenberg position when involuntary guarding & splinting of ligaments was forestalled by anesthetic. See Osteopath; ER if fever, vomit, lower extremity weakness.
