when i sleep on one side, the opposite hip goes numb. i'm overweight and it started after recent gastric by-pass surgery and 14% weight loss.

Pressure: you are putting a pressure against a nerve for example when you sleep on the right side your weight because of gravity put the pressure on the nerve on the left
hoping when you lose all the weight you need to lose that will ease up hopefully
