1 year: Apparently a physician checked you out with an EKG: you will need a stress echo and evalaution for thyroid disease and anxiety. Direct questions to the the physician who originally treated you for therapy.

Pulm V. Stenosis?: Normal heart has RT & Left Side. The RT normally has low pressures, Lft has higher pressure. Tall peaked P wave suggests RT side has higher than nl pressure. Echo may show problem if a narrow heart valve. If not, further studies necessary (Card CTA or cath). Since U are quite symptomatic U need definitive diagnosis. Valve or other structural abn can be fixed. Other poss may need treatment only.

No: Ekg is helpful in detecting acute st elevation myocardial infarction. Sometimes, damage can occur without changes in ekg. Then we rely on blood work, called cardiac enzymes.

No: A simple pulmonary function test is not an exercise test requiring running or biking. It is just recording breathing volumes during normal breathing and forced expiration.

No: A the present time spiriva is only indicated for use in patients with copd. Based on how the medication works and what causes exercise-induced asthma, it is not likely that spiriva would give any significant relief to those symptoms.
