Wash your face: Please wash face 5 -6 times a day with plain tap water.do not wipe the water away.use an alcohol dabbed cotton swab 3 times a day, mainly after coming back home from outside.if overweight, check for diabetes.eat less sweets, drink less coffee and avoid greasy fatty food.if you exercise too much,it can be from too much male hormone production as well.try to avoid stress.drink 10 glasses of water/day.
