have a click feelin in my upper neck/jaw when swallowing or sometimes talking. its on 1 side only. had it before. whats that, serious?

Facial pain/ TMJ?: It is impossible to diagnosis over the computer but the click sounds like it may come for a joint. Since you said one side, it sounds like the Temporomandibular joint which is in front of your ears. But it could be other things, you need to have it checked out. What happened before? Is any pain associated with this? If TMJ, click can be bone, disc, muscle problem. different treatment for each.
