no std or herpes, but 4 or 5 red bumps in vaginal and anal area that burn when urinating. also like 5 scabs on lower butt cheeks. itchiness also. ?

Red itchy bumps: You may have some other infection e.g. a yeast infection and or possibly a scabies or pubic lice infestation. You need to be checked for these problems, especially if you are having a pubic lice problem or scabies that tend to burrow into the skin around these areas.
