Been experiencing ear pressure, nose pressure, and forehead headaches for week now. ent said chew gum and drink water but not helping. recommendation?

Try OTC meds: You probably have sinus headaches. If you have fever also, pl go to an urgent care center to get a prescription for antibiotic. Otherwise try OTC antihistamines like Claritin (loratadine) or Zyrtec for a couple of weeks and if still symptomatic, pl follow up with your ENT for some imaging studies for the sinuses.
